Island Sound Studios is a private studio, open by appointment only. We're a private space offering a full range of professional services customized to the client.
Most people come here to record music, but we also do voice over work and host film crews for a variety of film and television projects.

one-of-a-kind facilities.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Our state-of-the-art kitchenettes feature full-size fridges, plus a section for caterers or those looking to cook a family-style meal.
You can have meals delivered to your session
from a wide variety of local restaurants, or clients can arrange to have us stock your fridge with fresh foods and your favorite snacks before you arrive. We can arrange any local services- hotels, home rentals, dining, watercraft rentals, boat Cruises, spa, etc.
DOCKSIDE LOUNGE
For artists seeking the height of luxury and personal space, our Dockside Lounge pulls
out all the stops: 86” 4K flat-screen television, PA system for jams, foosball, pinball, couches, private restrooms,
2 stunning decks, balcony deck and our private dock on the marina. The Dockside lounge is available exclusively for clients in Studio A and for special events.
COMFORT & PRIVACY
We understand that comfort and privacy are essential parts of the creative process. Booking time at our studio guarantees that with multiple lounges and amenities, which include suites with beds, full bathrooms / showers / kitchenettes, flat-screen 4K TVs, complimentary WiFi, you'll feel right at home.
FILMING
With our partner Sight & Sound Productions, our iconic space makes for a stunning yet flexible location for a variety of filming needs. We’ve worked with productions of all sizes on behind the scenes footage, interviews, music videos, commercials, films, TV and still photography shoots.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Our unique location is available for a select amount of private events each year, including live performances, listening parties, album releases, screenings, showcases, industry Happy Hours, and other special occasions.
